  • As your online marketing and operations manager, I’m here to handle the daily operations of your business, manage your team, and oversee projects. This allows you to focus on the bigger picture and growing your business.

Consider bringing me on board when:

    • Your business has grown too complex to handle alone.

    • You have a committee of volunteers that are trying to also keep on top of their full time roles, and it’s becoming too busy.

    • You want to focus on growth and vision instead of daily operations.

    • You need someone reliable to oversee your team and projects.

  • I work with all sorts of businesses. My background is in professional and legal services, and member based associations. I’ve also worked with sporting clubs, lesiure and hospitality, and small businesses.

  • What a great question! Being a freelancer and working remotely means that I’ve taken care of all my insurances, payroll tax, super, subscriptions, laptop and work set-up. This will save you A LOT of money.

I’ve also worked with many systems and pick things up pretty quickly, so training will be minimal.

Based on your business needs, we can look at increasing and decreasing hours as your business changes. For example, if you have a large awards night with 200+ guests, you will likely need to increase my engagement with you. However, this may only be for four months of the year, and support may decrease after this. You get to decide.

    1. We start with a relaxed chat to find out about your goals and challenges, and to see if we’re the right fit. From here, I’ll send you over a proposal document and the best package to suit your needs.

    2. Once you’ve decided to go ahead, I’ll send through the engagement contract with payment terms and we’re ready to go!

    3. From here, I’ll evaluate your current systems and processes and develop a solid plan to manage and improve your business operations.

    4. We’ll catch up regularly for our online meetings, and work out the best way to communicate i.e. Teams, email or WhatsApp.

  • I work remotely, but if you’re lucky enough to be Perth based, I am always keen for coffee catch-ups and days in the office to meet the team. If you’re based in Perth and would like on-hand support at your events, we can chat about this.

  • Another great question! I’ve worked remotely in association management when I lived in Hong Kong, and I LOVED the flexibility and variety of working with different clients.

Five years later, back in Perth and with two small kids, and a husband that’s rostered silly hours working on silly days, I’ve decided having the flexibility to work remotely will work best for my family and clients.

I also LOVE all things marketing and brand, so I get to have fun building my own business, getting creative and choosing which amazing clients I can partner with.
