  • I work with associations, membership bodies and purpose-driven organisations that are doing meaningful work and now need a bit more structure around how things run - without a full-time hire.

    They’re not looking for a VA.

    They’re not ready for a full-time hire.

    They’re looking for someone strategic, experienced, and easy to work with who can see what needs to happen and make it real.

    Many come from professional services, consulting, law, HR or leadership. They have clients, they have revenue - but they’re stuck in the cycle of “we should do that,” and not doing it. That’s where I come in.

  • My work focuses on how your organisation runs and how the experience of engaging with your organisation feels - in practical, straightforward ways. This might include:

    • bringing clarity and structure to how people move through key touchpoints

    • creating predictable, manageable ways of working for event coordination, follow-up and communication

    • mapping and clarifying responsibilities so nothing falls through the cracks

    • untangling specific operational areas that feel heavier than they need to be

    You don’t need to explain your business 10 times or manage someone junior. I get it - and I get it done.

  • Hiring me means you get senior operations-level capability without the overhead, onboarding and ongoing management of a full-time hire.

    I step in and help you work out how things run, bring clarity where it’s needed, and get important operational pieces moving - without adding to your management load.

    I’m not here to “fill a seat.” I’m here to step in, identify what needs to happen, and get the important stuff moving.

    You don’t need to train me, and I won’t add to your management load - I’ll just quietly start making things better.

    You also have the flexibility to bring me in for project-based work, or on a fractional retainer - so you get momentum where you need it, without a permanent hire.

  • Yes and yes. This might be a one-off operational clarity session or an “operational reset” on a specific area.

    Or, if you need ongoing direction and momentum, we can look at a fractional partnership where I’m part of your organisational rhythm.

  • I work primarily remotely, which lets me stay focused and efficient.

    I attend key planning meetings, workshops or events on-site when it adds value - but I’m not an on-site-every-week type. We’ll work out the right balance together.

  • A strategy session includes context questions beforehand, a 60–90 minute session to talk through how things are currently running and what makes the most sense next, and a clear follow-up with practical next steps.

    You’re paying for thinking time that gives you direction - not just a conversation.

  • The work we do together isn’t “nice to have.”

    It’s about making how your organisation runs more manageable, predictable and intentional - which saves time, reduces rework, and creates more space for the work you actually care about.
