I'm Ali Kunze. For nearly two decades I've helped businesses become known for what they do best, working across business development, marketing, client experience and operations.
But for years, a quieter idea sat alongside my career. Like so many women, I'd catch myself wondering about it in the background while life, work and family took centre stage. The idea never really went away.
When I finally explored it, I realised building a business starts much earlier than we're told. It starts with paying attention to the idea you can't stop thinking about, asking better questions, and building confidence long before you ever call yourself a business owner.
That's exactly what I did. I built my business while still employed: testing ideas, learning what people really needed, and laying the foundations before taking the leap.
