I’ve spent nearly 20 years working inside professional services, associations and relationship-led organisations — supporting leadership teams, coordinating complex moving parts, and seeing first-hand what helps organisations grow sustainably.
I’ve worked across business development, events, member engagement and operational coordination — often in environments where strong work was happening, but structure hadn’t caught up with growth.
