If you’ve ever had the sense that the work you deliver is strong - but the way the business runs behind the scenes doesn’t quite match it - you’re not imagining it.

I work with founders and small service-based teams who care deeply about their craft, but know growth and visibility feel more reactive than they should.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years inside professional services and relationship-led environments where standards were high, timelines were tight, and reputation mattered.

I worked closely with partners, executives and leadership teams — close enough to see not just how businesses grow, but where things quietly start to feel heavy.

What I kept noticing was friction.

Strong work happening without clear commercial direction.

Referrals coming in, but no structure around how relationships were nurtured.

Panels, events and visibility opportunities accepted without a clear reason why.

Teams responding well — but rarely stepping back to intentionally design the experience or the growth path.

There was rarely space to pause and ask better questions:

Why are we doing it this way?
What’s the actual purpose of this step?
And
how does this feel for the client on the other side of it?

I could see how much steadier and more intentional these businesses could feel if there was space to think properly and align structure with growth. That’s the space I work in now.

As my life shifted, so did my priorities. Becoming a parent sharpened how I think about time, energy and intention. I became far less interested in being constantly ‘on’ or busy for the sake of it, and far more interested in doing work that genuinely improves how businesses run — not just how they look from the outside.

That’s what led me to start my business.

Today, I work with founders and small teams who know the work is good — but want the business to feel clearer, more deliberate and less dependent on personal effort.

My work looks at how growth, visibility and client experience connect — the conversations you’re having, the rooms you’re in, the follow-up that happens (or doesn’t), and the way decisions translate into action.

Because growth isn’t accidental. It’s designed.

My approach is calm, practical and conversational. I’m not arriving with a 40-page deck. I’m here to ask better questions, connect the dots quickly, and help you make smart, commercially grounded decisions.

Ultimately, I want your business to feel as considered as the work you deliver — and for that clarity to show in every interaction.
