If you’ve ever had the sense that the work your organisation delivers is strong, but the way things run behind the scenes doesn’t quite reflect that - you’re not imagining it.

I help associations, membership bodies and purpose-driven organisations bring structure around how things operate - so the experience for members, stakeholders and teams feels more connected, considered and sustainable.

I’ve spent almost 20 years working across business development, events and operations inside professional services, associations and international environments where standards were high, timelines were tight, and details mattered.

I worked closely with partners, executives, committees and senior teams — close enough to see not just how organisations grow, but where things quietly start to feel heavy.

What I kept noticing was friction.

Not a lack of capability, but a way of working that kept everything reactive.

Client systems that didn’t talk to each other.

Communication happening at the last minute.

Client events pulled together in a rush.

Teams doing their best, but constantly responding instead of intentionally designing the experience.

There was rarely space to stop and ask better questions -

Why are we doing it this way?
What’s the actual purpose of this step?
And
how does this feel for the client on the other side of it?

I could see how much smoother, more manageable and more effective organisations could feel if there was room to pause, think, and put the right structure in place. And I knew I wanted to work in that space.

As my life shifted, so did my priorities. Becoming a parent sharpened how I think about time, energy and intention. I became far less interested in being constantly ‘on’ or busy for the sake of it, and far more interested in doing work that genuinely improves how businesses run — not just how they look from the outside.

That’s what led me to start my business.

Now, I work with growing organisations that care deeply about their work, but can feel that something isn’t quite clicking operationally. The work itself is strong, but the way things run feels clunky, inconsistent, or harder than it needs to be.

My work looks holistically at how an organisation operates — the systems, processes, communication and touchpoints that shape how it feels to work with and within your organisation. Because good operations aren’t accidental. They’re designed. When they’re working well, they save time, reduce rework, build trust and stop organisations from operating in constant reactive mode.

My approach is calm, practical and collaborative. I’m thoughtful, but I’m not slow. I ask good questions, move things forward, and help you cut through what isn’t working — so you can run your organisation in a way that feels clearer, more sustainable and easier to manage.

Ultimately, I want your organisation to feel as good to run as the work it delivers — and for the people who interact with you to feel that difference.
